Event  Ticketing Rules & Regulations

 AlManiya Oasis Festival Entry Area:

Entry tickets are sold through designated ticket outlets within the destination, and you should verify that you have received your admission tickets and check the exchange of your payment (if any) before leaving the ticket outlet. Neither the festival management nor the ticket company will pay any remaining amounts to any guest after leaving the ticket outlet. You can also purchase admission tickets through the website.

  • All tickets allow entry for one person or one vehicle only, and for one time, without any right to enter again.
  • The festival management will not refund the cost of any entry tickets under any circumstances except in accordance with the refund policy. Resale, copying or reprinting of any entry tickets is strictly prohibited, and violators will be held legally accountable.
  • Guests must follow all verbal and displayed health and safety directives provided by representatives of the Festival Management.
  • Festival management reserves the right to inspect the bags of all guests through an X-ray machine, and luggage/suitcases are not allowed to enter the destination.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, and the festival management is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
  • By purchasing this ticket, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions and to comply with any other terms and conditions and restrictions of the Organizer whether issued prior to or during the Event.
  •  Acknowledgment and commitment to the regulation of maintaining public taste (to view the regulation click here).
  • The visitor must adhere to the behaviors and clothing that are in line with the values and culture of the Kingdom.
  • Festival management reserves the right to change its opening hours, temporarily suspend performances, and close entertainment venues or facilities for safety, maintenance, or special events without prior notice.
  • The Destination is a tourist destination where videography and photography can take place at any time, and by entering the Destination, you unconditionally agree to authorize the Festival Management, its affiliates, and any agents to photograph you and/or make sound recordings of your own for use around the world for any purpose, on an ongoing basis. All photographs and sound recordings are the exclusive property of the Festival Management. If you wish to avoid the possibility of being photographed, please do not enter the destination, but if you enter the festival area and do not wish to be photographed or video graphed, you must communicate these wishes to the videographer/photographer at that time.
  • Festival management reserves the right to refuse entry to the destination to any person holding tickets, to remove any guest from the destination for any reason (such guest may cause risks to the rest of the guests, affecting the enjoyment of other guests at the destination, and adversely affecting the functioning of the destination) and to take appropriate action to implement this right in accordance with the refund policy. 
  • The guest bears the responsibility of bringing pets and any damage that may occur to others, and the festival management has the right to oblige him to remove the animal outside the festival area.  
  • The Guest acknowledges that the Festival Management releases any liability for any damage that may occur to him while attending the Events Area, and releases the Operator, its subcontractors and all their employees, agents, agents, invitees, tenants and other subcontractors with whom they deal (collectively, the "Beneficiaries") from liability for my death, or any injury sustained by me (including any mutilation)   or any shock or any loss or damage (including without limitation loss or damage to property, loss of income or any direct, indirect or consequential damage or loss of any kind) ("Damage") may arise in any way as a result of my attendance at the Track or my participation in any of the Activities.
  • The Guest acknowledges that the Beneficiaries shall not make any warranty, commercial statement or undertaking, implied or express, that any of the services provided by any of them will be provided with a certain degree of care and skill or that any of the goods or materials provided by any Beneficiaries in connection with such services will be of a certain quality or will be appropriate for the purpose for which it is intended.
  • The Guest shall indemnify the Beneficiaries against any acts, suits, actions, demands, claims, loss, compensation, costs, penalties or fines arising in connection with any of the Activities and whether attributable to or resulting from any act of omission (including negligence) on the part of the Beneficiaries resulting in any way from my attendance at the Track or participation in the Activities;  I undertake to do all things and to sign all additional documents required by the Operator which are necessary to give full legal effect to the terms of this document.
  • The organizer, the operator, its affiliates, subcontractors, affiliates and organizing committees of the event shall be free from any damages that may occur to me, whether resulting in, but not limited to, death, disability, disability or any physical or moral damage or any damage that may occur to the vehicle, including, but not limited to, vehicle fire or any other damage that may occur.
  • The guest disclaims responsibility of the organizer, operator, its affiliates, subcontractors, affiliates and organizing committees for damage that may occur to my vehicle.
  •   Festival management reserves the right to refuse entry to or exit from the destination for any guest who violates any of these rules and regulations.

Refund Policy:

  • The guest has the right to submit a refund request for the value of the ticket booked through the website if he did not use it to enter the event area, provided that a management fee of 9% of the value paid will be deducted.
  • The guest has the right to retrieve the ticket booked on paper at the sales outlet without deductions, if it is not used and entered the event area.
  • The festival administration is obligated to refund the full value of the ticket in the event of cancellation of the festival for reasons of force majeure when the guest submits a refund request, and the guest has the right to use this ticket on any other day during the festival period, which is limited to 9 days. 
  • In all cases, the guest is not entitled to apply for a refund after the end date of the festival.
  • In all cases, the value of the ticket booked through the website will be refunded within a period of 03 to 20 working days from the date of submitting the refund request.
